I think this is why I get stuck. JPM has a claim for face value, but then read they are only owed common portion of the trust 3%. I do not understand the common portion of the trust, I thought this trust was all CT. Very confusing.

I believe JPM had a claim in on the CT's for the full face value amount..That amount was in dispute..They were only owed the common portion of the trust 3%
