Blackout Media Corp (BKMP)

You have Blackout Media corp.(BKMP) and you have BlackOut communications wich owns TFN and BKMP has 20% interest in Blackout Communications, right. so before everyone gets paid 1st will be TFN, 2nd goes to BlackOut Communications, then 20% of their stake goes to BKMP right??? Am i wrong?? what precent does that make us now when it comes to TFN??? becaise all of us state when TFN breaks out??? but we don't own TFN do we, we own 20% of the company that owns TFN, right??, Just asking questions, please I am not that smart?? Your expertise would be kind seeing that we are all in the same boat here.
