Word on the street is that Mr. Valentine's lawyer presented their summary statement last week attempting to explain why Mr. Valentine is a 50% owner in Chiroswa Syndicate. The reasons were so weak, inconsistent and filled with conflicting comments that Mabwe Minerals' legal team is still salivating as they have until later this week to provide their summary statement.
Can you imagine? Mr. Valentine spending 3 years trying to spin his ownership claim so many different ways through our courts that the judge's head must have been spinning in disbelief. Each time Mr. Valentine attempted to state under oath under different cases his evidenced changed and changed and changed. In this case, all of the prior related cases were presented and Mr. Valentine was cross-examined on each conflicting statement he swore under oath. I think you Americans use the word "flip-flop".
Word on the street is that it sounded like this:
1. "Yes I have an original document that proves I own 50% of Chiroswa Syndicate". OK...where is it? "O, I realize that I can only provide a copy but I brought this Commissioner of Oath to verify that he stamped a copy".
Note: I read over on your ihub that Mr. Valentine said he had two original documents yet he could not produce one original document in court.

Did you register the paperwork with the Ministry of Mines? "Was I supposed too?" Do you have any evidence to support this claim? "The Commissioner of Oath will verify....HEY...where is he?"
