Sentinel,

I Overestimated the subscriber count at 8,500 and underestimated the Dilution so that you would not whine.

And the real diution will show up for Q's to come. They maxed out last Q per the A/S's of 4 billion and then have been tapping the 25 Billion this quarter.

The filing says 1,000's to 2,500 subs per month.

They had 6,000 subs the last filing. So 8,500 is top range.
