ergo no one that I know of took three generations to learn english. france is 20% moslem, why dont they have arabic street signs and bilingual arabic education and government support? Malaysia is mostly moslem, why do they have news in english? Why do people in Singapore and hongkong and sweden learn english in the 6th grade and are bilingual by the 9th?

Xenophobia is the use of spanish in an english speaking country. It enforces separation and says to a population: its ok to be separate, you are incapable of learning english.
