And they have NO money. Do have any idea of how much money it takes to build their plants - it is a very significant investment.
Anyone willing to help finance their initial projects will take advantage of the fact that they have no money and secure very favorable terms (for themselves - not ENCR).
This is a great technology - but anyone who doesn't think this whole thing is in a huge state of flux right now is kidding themselves. Is it worth a flyer here - IMO yes - but I am also quite realistic it could all go bust - absolutely!
