TelVue has gone dark and as such delivers no information from the company to anyone including those who have signed a non disclosure agreement. Prior to the signing of the NDA and according toi the report given to those who signed the company was in a position to continue operating without any outside help.
Some feel it may be a violation of the law to buy shares of TelVue stock under these conditions. I therefore contend that it may also be a violation of that same law to sell the stock of TelVue. Since the company was in a position to continue operating prior it is therefore suggested that shareholders hold onto their stock at least until a ruling may be forth coming..
