Ummm ... BULL with all due respect. An administrator that is rule obsessed is a human-God like being seeking a realm to reign supreme and control.
The bottom line here is I am an advocate of Mattology and totally anti-Bobology 100%. I am a survivor of Bobology that reigned on SI and I would not wish that on anyone. I am Mattmotized 100% and so are the money backers for the site or they would not have put up their money as are the old guard that came here to escape the anarchy of SI. What Matt considers moderated to take out the thrash and thus restrict anarchy, you appear to want to restrict moderation and thus promote anarchy. Sounds and looks black and white to me. Management Contradiction.
IHUB was a peaceful site that was growing and in your first month it remained that way. But then you decided to flex some muscle and out of that exercise of control, one of the original old guard got suspended Twice even on something that I would have done exactly the same as he did and so would others that came here to escape SI and your regime of power over there. Also you had no enemies because they had all left and came here. SO I wonder why you were unable to convince SI on Bobology to end u unemployed. Concept Contradiction
Also the news and articles say you were fired. Plain and Simple and by your own admission you raised cane about the moderated threads and the ban feature. Now I am curious why you do not have a lawsuit on why these articles came out saying you were fired when you state you were laid off. Now I have been in business most of my life and I know this is a serious contradiction. I lay off when I have no work or something outside the person's fault is the cause of their termination. Now if it is their fault for the termination, I fired them for various reasons. Now most compnaies I know sometimes to avoid problems by merely layind off and rarely fired anyone and on inquiries they would only confirm information and offer no opinion. Employment Contradiction
Peaceful Contradiction to your credit: IHUB in the last month is in CHAOS were it was peaceful as you have tried to change what was established already and in place, which was working very well and peaceful. Now it is it a massive disruption and anarchy, heck even your threads are a prime example of what will happen under your rule.
Have you given any thought that IHUB does not appoint or puts COBs on threads. COBs are not paid by IHUB but in a sense work for IHUB and you want to increase the work load and thus they can spend numerous hours moderating the thread and fighting the "I'll say what I want" and "I'll bad mouth all I want" for no pay, which you are an advocate of according to articles on you. So if you want Stock threads restrictively moderated with all these Bobology rules, it is simple to solve. Do not allow people to open and Chair stock threads. You be the Chair, your Bobology can reign supreme. No Contradiction.
