The next audit "fins" will be by Malone & Bailey. That is obvious to everyone.

They are obviously waiting for it to be with the 3rd Q to have a stronger balance sheet and "valuation".

Cerner $'s, Groupo Electra orders and SmartCarb sales all will contribute to the beginning of the company turnaround.
