I think the problem with tom's predictions is that he states so much that it is hard to understand his main points. Right now from a technical perspective ONCS is riding the upper BB on a short term chart. When it will stop who knows, but last time we had a major run it followed the band, went horizontal for a small bit, and then shot up a huge amount.

If you believe in the science than the next month, with potentially a lot of pending news, is not the time to play swing trader. Look at a 2 year chart with BBs. Notice that we are now just at the midline. If the price crosses the midline there is a higher than average chance that it heads straight for 0.87. I am kicking myself for not following the technical signals on the way down. The flip side is also true. Don't ignore them on the way up.
