I agree that partnership is the likely scenario. However, they have always said there are three ways they could do the P2B. The exciting part is that details including partnership could come as early as next week, especially with the approval news now out. The timing would seem apropos. Maybe we'll get a tweet from Punit ;)

Either way, they are exuding confidence in their ability to execute what they have been saying they will execute. Now is not the time to be flipping shares.
