Morning bro, there are different filings required fer different degrees of the listing with OTCBQX being the higherst and pink current being the lowest.

The ceo clearly said they would do required filings in this lessor listing.

We can apply within 6 months to become reporting again if we should choose; Our common stock continues to trade on the OTC “pink sheets” and we intend to continue to file reports with the OTC Markets
