First thing I'd change is that 8 A.M. EST stuff to something like 8 A.M. in the poster's time zone.

One of the reasons I took control of the board was the old cutoff rule.

It was 12AM EST/EDT.

I would forget to post before I either fell asleep reading posts or went to bed.

So you have eight more hours than you used to have.

You would have had to post like about five in the afternoon your time, would you not?

And then there is that damm decimal thing that makes no sense.

I have offered many times to change the rules to suit the posters. No one has offered any changes. On that board, the majority rules, and always has.

And then there are the "edit window" cheats, but banning MM helped on that.

MM never cheated, it is perfectly legal to change your WAG before the 8AM EST limit expires. Plus, he was never banned, he chose to stop WAGing. I don't remember him winning all that often anyway.
