So, "Rosie" as everyone calls him, and laughed at him, and called him overmatched by Susman, said the FDIC agreed (but hadn't at the time, agreed), but they ultimately "did." If you read the documents, they "did agree," as Receiver and Corporate. And, they all settled.

Further, "equity" agreed, including all those who released.

I believe what I read in the documents.

I don't believe "what I hear" outside of the documents.

LOL sure, but that timeline was in March of 2010. Much has happened after that.
