Why don't you enlighten us all on what the figure means. Does it mean 45% of mcig shares are shorted or is it a function of the percentage of unsettled trades between brokerages. Oh and while you're at it, why don't you explain why the number of shares "short" positively correlated with the price - shouldn't that be negative?
