I am starting to think this company is going nowhere, It seems like its all "What If's". I don't see the benefit of cancelling the Form 10, it is a step in the wrong direction. Everybody prepare for dilution, lots of shares authorized, could be just in case but i doubt that (We are in the PINKS after all)
