Do you understand the Filings say Prior to-10/1/2014?

This means that the $250,000 Debt Payment can be due/paid before October 1st 2014

Sir, please see Scott's own SEC 10Q Filing for the facts. The Facts are contained on page F-9

It clearly states that a $250,000 Debt Payment is due Prior to October 1st 2014. So Scott could be making this Payment before 10/1/2014 which could mean he might be making it next month or even now.

The company agreed to make monthly payments in the amount

How did SEEK make those 700,000 and 300,000 Dollar payments. With Cash or selling shares?
