Can't make anything work well. Even my old HD videos don't look good on it. (Because it does not upscale.) As mentioned by others, the Youtube videos do not play back at 4K. The mouse (whatever it is) goes all over the screen and takes an hour to type anything in, and usually gives an error anyway. Tech support confirmed that it will not recognize media formatted with exFAT, which is necessary for videos over a minute in length of 4k content. Thus, I am returning this device, as viewing my own content on a thumb drive was my main reason for purchasing it. There is no way for me to do that, because I have them on Youtube and on thumb drives and neither will work on this device. I did not attempt to view the videos they stream from their server, because the interface was such a pain to attempt to use. The cursor jumps all over the screen and is almost impossible to control. I don't know why they elected to use such a buggy interface.

Could not register device. According to Nanotech website this is a problem with some units that have firmware 2.06 and earlier. Update is suppose to fix this which is not yet available. 4k content looks very good on Ultraflix. Netflix will not display 4k until H.265 update is released. Not crazy about the air mouse, it takes some getting used to. Device is a little buggy, hopefully will become more stable with updates
