Contact Bobbigirl here on I-hub, she is the expert.... (do it by PM, it is not really a general interest subject). All I can tell you they are "isotonic" thus have the same osmotic pressure as your blood plasma and that cause an extremely high absorbtion rate unlike all the pill forms supplements around.
