$ITVI EMG MERGER CURRENT DD:
For those who aren't familiar with the merger with Interact-Tv & Executive Music Group, LLC( EMG)
It is my opinion as i personally took time out to find if this news dated ( ITVI ) Interact-TV Opens Acquisition Talks with Executive Music Group was either Fluff or Realistic and from my personal digging I've come to the conclusion that it is a confirmed Merger.

Ive sent him a tweet in regards to the merger and he in fact favorited the tweet. Which IMHO if it wasn't true he wouldn't have even acknowledged it. (the tweet find below)
With that as people still didn't believe the truth behind the merger confirmation i contacted him personally through email where in fact he responded that the merger was in fact CONFIRMED(email convo below)
