I have known Kimberley for close to 10 years and she is shareholder oriented for sure. She is also a major shareholder.

She knows the industry and will not ever give up-----She always finds a way.

She has put blood, sweat and tears into this company, and now it looks like there is the greatest potential right now. She has really aligned BSEG in the right directions.

She did quite a bit of acting but decided to go on the other side of the camera.

She is always concerned about dilution and made things work with limited capital. Of course, if BSEG had more money in the bank, the options would be even greater and sooner.

Even though I have know her quite well, she is always very cautious and guarded with her comments and thoughts to me. She wants to make sure that all SEC rules are followed.

There are a lot of reasons to take a position in BSEG and Kimberly is one of them.
