Here's the low down on the website.

The ecashinc.com was the website for the New Jersey Ecash but in December of 2003 it was registered by the current owner and has been in it's current form (cheezy logo and stating "updates coming soon") since February 2004.

The NJ E Cash did have a decent (yet minimal) site but the last archive was from April 2003- about 8 months before the current person registered it and the changes took place. The last update that NJ ECash made to their site was in November of 2002.

The number on the old site is no longer for Ecash either.
