I think that is a fair statement to make. I would also think it is fair to say that lvvv could easily have the cbd oil tested to ensure it meets the standards expected. I am also sure that the consumer will do the same as soon as this product is available. I would in fact bet that lvvv did this testing already before agreeing to this kind of deal...making sure the product was up to standards.
It looked like there was someone working for lvvv stationed in China which I believe will help ensure quality.
