Very few financially strapped pinks ever file form 15-12g. Ever!!!!!

Theres strapped and almost dead. Pinks are pinks. But when you cant even survive in the pink world by their very loose(using term loosely) rules and regs, well, thats not even good for this exchange. Its like being the worst of an already bad situation.

Right? Not Google or apple, but also not 99% as up as most pinks who also look to survive. That is a writing on the wall...
