getnit- I kind of expect the AVST price to be around .02 or a little higher so that the 20 million new shares of E Cash would be worth more than $4 and thus qualify for NASDAQ Small Cap. 2 cents per AVST share would get E Cash above the mark needed for NASDAQ. It would make E Cash an $8 stock. A little less than 2 cents would be OK, but not great. JMHO
