It appears from the filings that Joe's A's went to Scott. What he got for them is not revealed. However, it's probable that Joe gets plausible deniability about being an insider as he converts and dumps while still maintaining effective influence since Scott will always do his bidding.
I did notice that as of the latest filing Donnell now has more than 50% of the A's, so that puts her in total control of shareholder votes. However, she will still be bound by the terms of the debt agreements controlled by the Canouse clan, and they still have prominent positions of influence within the company.
