Did the contract expire and LEI had no funds to renew it? Plenty of other scearios than just the most preferred deep dark all is lost view.
I guess I didn't realize that LEI had to actually pay to be in the teaming agreement with CACI. Thanks for sharing. Since that is the case, it definitely seems possible that they just didn't have the money available to pay to renew the agreement.
But, that begs a different question: if the agreement was so important for sales to the Government, why didn't they have the funds to pay for the renewal? Is it possible that they were having financial difficulties prior to the current lawsuits? It would seem to me that paying to keep your sales lifeline open would be of the utmost importance to keep the revenue pouring in.
If it wasn't important enough to pay to renew, then why did they pay to open it in the first place?
