The likely answer to your question is that seven weeks after that RayVa press release went out, Health Canada approved Vitaros (November 12, 2010)...that is where almost all of the energy and attention went. Now Damaj did later play around with oncology related drugs, but he thought he could get an immediate revenue stream.
