I would strongly ask you to engage experience counsel who has gone up against JPM before regarding these issues and listen to nothing on an internet message board regarding this very important issue. JPM lost in a Michigan Supreme Court ruling. Maybe you could start there bu using Google to find the firms that are experienced in this matter who can guide you.
