Personally (no pun implied) I tend to feel the doctor may simply view this as the ideal time for accumulating a tax write off, and we may find him accumulating again at some point after 30 days.

His involvement with barcodes seems extensive and correlates far too well with Neom. Just what we needed...sell a few hundred million into the market, then accumulate hundreds of millions once more and drive dilution again.
