DG,
I'm very sorry if my characterization of Femprox being dead upsets you. Perhaps you can seek grief counseling. Many people turn to grief counseling when moving thru the stages of dealing with loss.

The five stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

The last one, acceptance is where the smart investor tries to get to as soon as possible. Being mad at me for looking at the Femprox situation and concluding that as an investment vehicle it's dead is a waste of energy and time and eventually you will reach the same conclusion. I don't say that to beat you up... It is what it is.

My investment in APRI, was built around Femprox finding a willing partner and moving into phase 3. I lost... I'm not mad about, and don't think it's the moderator's place to call me woman scorn. But if it helps you to attack me in moving thru your emotions, I can take it. No worries.

Everything in investing for profit requires constant evaluation. Were the PPS $2.40 I might take the capital I have here and redeploy it elsewhere. But I must make my decisions based on $1.86 and looking at the field I see a pathway up. Not as much as I did with Femprox but nevertheless I see no reason to take any loss at the moment. That does not change my opinion on Femprox being dead or my viewpoint of the destruction of value shown in the PPS as a result to date.

Lastly, if my detailing that Femprox is dead, instead of saying it's "back burner" or "just not the current priority" or whatever other spin that would serve as the sugar to help the medicine go down, I'm sorry again. You obviously feel differently about the state of Femprox, but I would say nobody's feelings changes the landscape of this as an investment. Management has removed any expectation of money coming in in 2014, all but removed it from the corporate presentations, failed to utter it's name in the shareholder's letter and made clear to Eman in person that they have been unable to attract in any solid interest from a partner.

IMO,,, Dead is the only way I know how to explain that.
