In normal circumstances maybe not, but when you say a deal is expected to close on 8/1 and you respond on 8/7 this way because a shareholder asked if the could expect an update soon on the deal and you accuse them of demanding inside information then it because an asshole response. Atleast that is my opinion on it. He needs to start maintaining more of a professional image. Not someone who can't control his temper or emotions.
