RE "Called, talked to Tom Swan, He said they are way behind with over 100 online orders in 10 days"
With all these posts about unfilled orders and other messes, I'm beginning to get the feeling this Tom Swan guy [his name pops up all over the place] doesn't know what in he&& he's doing. Maybe Big Bob should give him his walking papers and get some efficient people in there. One bad apple can spoil the whole blasted company. Everybody who is ordering stuff must be in the same boat. This is the Big Leagues now, not mom and pop store. As shareholders we own the company and we should read these guys the riot act. Let's get 'er done, Big Bob. Write rushbev@gmail.com
