I actually owned this stock and made money off it until I read the March document that was presented to the bankruptcy court judge. I feel that all shareholders really need to understand what the implications are if the judge approves the plan on Sept. 5th. According to USEC, in their own words, 66% of the bondholders voted for it and they are not going to even present it to the current shareholders because the company believes the shareholders would not be in favor of receiving only 5% of their current holdings in stock. Duh, they did not need a rocket scientist to confirm that, did they?

I do not understand why some folks are not even trying to grasp the implications of its approval on Sept. 5th. It will be interesting to see who disappears after all the results are in and who is left to pick up the pieces.
