Let's not forget that it was Wade Poteet that was the person that was ultimately responsible for producing those products that weren't worth owning by hospitals. I guess he was just "too busy in the lab" to know that the product that he designed had serious flaws.
Of course his involvment in the failed CDEx products can't be mentioned since he's still working there. Only the departed MP and crew can be the bad guys.
