My point is a lot of things can change between now and Q3. And it would be dumb of AMD to advertise a much cheaper future price for a current product.

Intel has Osbourned their current server and desktop products. AMD is cleaning up in retail as evident in the Sunday flyers. We'll soon see how they did in Q1 servers.

Now that computer makers are out from under Intel's heavy handed arrogance, they will not return unless Intel achieves such price or performance dominance that they have to. I don't think that will happen.
