this ceo diluting shares to payoff debt at f.ing .0001 at this rate he needs 20 billion shares to payoff 2 million. so 10 billion AS is not enough. He is going to RS this when he is done selling 10 billion and rinse/repeat.

Now can you show me proof that the merger is on? don't put of PR from 12 months back..that's useless. show me on statement from this moron ceo reassuring shareholders. show me one proof that the OS did not change from July filing and he has no intentions to raise AS to 20 billion and sell to bag holders. any????
