Nothing has changed and another week goes by and you all freak out... What don't you understand that debt had to be paid off before merger can be complete.

First of all the letter mailed out to shareholders does not have to technically be mailed out if released as a filing... Second once debt is paid off then you will see the 8k and other information released... Obviously certain situations arose that delayed the process of the merger from ACLP being audited. I have never seen so many bipolar people in one place take some damn medication... Have some damn patience...

During the audit many filings were fixed and now debt is being settled so pls spare me your sob stories... There is no evidence saying that merger is not going through.... The r/s was originally pred to happen back in December we knew it was coming and it's part of the merger... IMO when both companies are audited and debt paid we will have the 8k news on the merger...

Your in penny land, if you put in what you can't afford to lose you are a complete moron and should go jump off a cliff... Until I see concrete news I truly believe this merger will go through... I bought another 10 milli today bringing my holdings to a percentage... I am not a pumper because I do not post much but pls stop with the crap accusing of failure when you have no solid information to back your statements... If you have any solid facts pls let me know and I will say I was wrong so pls stop until you can prove anything

Do you think Gil would ruin his reputation to dilute little ACLP since October and not have anything come of it... If i lose my money so be it but I'm still sure I will make money here
