i definitely believe that if we don't finalize this deal and close on the acquisition this is a dead company. i truly think IVG has a stronger management, product, and business plan. Hopefully the officers from IVG will change current management in vpco and get this company going. if they don't produce analysts expectations for financials in the next two quarters this ship is done and so am i. its pretty heartbreaking investing in a company for years that is the first to uplist to NASDAQ and have it fall to levels below its previous OTC trading days.
