still a believer - still a holder w/2-Mil. shares
here for 20 months straight
have only continued to buy and support the company
however IMHO, GC's rep has taken a hit as of recent
this is not the 1st 1-Bil. AS increase that I've been through w/AMBS
this will be the 2nd
they used the same "anti-take over" reasons in Jan., 2013, for that 1-Bil. AS increase
GC needs to deliver - point blank!
GC needs to explain the 1-Bil. increase much much better
otherwise - I vote NO
