The dirty shell being referred to was because of the number of shares issued and not being able to account for them all. The DIRTY SHELL had NOTHING to do with the mismanagement of funds, selling of BILLIONS of additional shares to line the pockets of these crooks and pay for their parties and lavish lifestyles. DO NOT CONFUSE THE TWO.

It would not have mattered one bit had this been a clean shell. The dirt came from the mismanagement from the company. END OF STORY.
