what doesn't make sense about it?
I'd rather have a surgeon operate on me right by my side, a foot away from me, with his hands directly controlling the instruments inside me, rather than having a surgeon operate on me over an internet connection thousands of miles away from me. Makes complete sense. All an opinion mind you, i'm sure you want Titan to perform your surgery (god forbid!)
