As discussed previously, under Title 11 NOL carryforward is reduced by the amount of forgiveness of debt income. The real question is how large is the NOL carryover from operations prior to bankruptcy. If large enough it will offset the large income to be recognized. Also the question is what was the tax basis of the assets listed in the audit report which will have an impact of the NOL's. More to come. Have to go.
