This is actually good.Fan makes the statement of accounting irregularities by former management.This opens the door for FED investigation.Any and all monies,properties etc that Frank thought he'd skip away with should now be frozen.This would allow TMM to retake possession of such businesses as NTI,LBS and sieze any personal properties that Frank has used embezzled funds to purchase for family and friends.
Let's get this party started.
