I think you will be very disappointed when see how the $4 million Series C "gift distribution" as well as any reverse split eventually play out.
peter either distributes share equivalents to you or if you say you want the cash he dumps your equivalents into the market & gives you the cash.
How would Peter dump shares into the market to obtain the cash to redeem Series C shares? This could not happen as companies are prohibited from directly selling stock on the open market.
Have you calculated the "equivalent" number of shares that would be issuable given the current share price?
$4 million / $.0001 = 40,000,000,000 (40 Billion)
he also guarantees all of us (because of the above) that the r/s (which the company swore up & down they wouldn't do btw but now says it will) will lead to a significantly higher sp than 20 cents so that you take the equivalents. this is how he'll reward the longs.
I have no idea how you reached a conclusion that Peter guarantees that a reverse split will lead to a share price significantly higher than $.20. Is he planning a reverse split greater than 1 for 2,000?
Regardless of the original post-adjusted price, the share price following a PK reverse split always resumes retreating which causes those who held pre-split shares (the number of share having been reduced by the split ratio) to have even greater losses than at $.0001. Pre-split shareholders always lose in a RS. The only positive is that there may be enough liquidity to exit.
If you can cite an example of a PK company that did a reverse split and its share price continued to rise from the original split-adjusted price, I'd really like to see it.
