i don't think it's them. i think it's a group or a large shareholder that's hidden and not in the light.. they don't want to be known. it would be too obvious if it was one of the guys in the pre 14c. not to mention it would be to easy for them to get audited by the SEC if that was the case.
look at the recent moneyrunners case with the SEC... it was a group of 4 guys that organized every large block that went through as a buy/sell, they would drive it down and take a loss on their own shares, because if they could buy back enough at the bottom, they would make way more money in the end than they lost by driving it down. i have a feeling the plan for this secret trader is to accumulate at 0007's here and push it. i'm not saying that because i own NYBD and i want it to go long, but they are in full control of the chart and they have to make it look appealing enough for people to continue buying every time it pushes, trying to play the breakout. so it needs to make an upward channel and hold the 50dma as well.
