Qrt 2 2013 NET LOSS 80k Qtr 2 2014 NET PROFIT.....That debt is nothing and getting lower each qtr. HEMP CBIS PHoT had 38,000,000 of debt and was NOT profitable trading @ .17 when their qtrly was submitted on 8 Million revenue.

Converts are still there but this is good newS to see debt under a million! Hell Dwayne Wade could buy the whole company for .10 cents tomorrow.

ACGX should be trading @ .075 minimum
