I would not have a problem correcting him but the letter I referenced states otherwise. The other problem is that it was TMMI that wanted the new '96 agreement to trump and void all previous agreements as they went forward. It did go forward for a few months and then non-payment by TMMI to ISI created the furor wherein the lawyers exchanged threats and TMMI was told by the letter from Iterated's lawyer that they were done.

Judge Ellsworth acknowleged this in her remarks by saying the agreement said more than once that this is what it is.

Therefore, you guys keep saying TMMI owns 1.0-1.4 outright. That's true. But if you don't keep your licensing fees up, then you can't use it. This could be what fracked is saying. I do not speak for him, however.
