What makes the short conspiracy and claims of manipulation so much more laughable with Telvue than it already is with the multitude of other otc scams or clearly bad investments that this sort of nonsense is claimed on is that this dirty dog is so freaking illiquid that it is simple to track each and every trade to settlement. Anyone who cares to spend 10 minutes conducting some research can view each and every trade and the date it was delivered. Not only is there absolutely beyond the shadow of a doubt, no naked shorting, but there is not even a single share shorted. This stock is perfect for anyone who wishes to learn about market mechanics. The sticky posting here concerning short interest is a must read. This position has got to be one of the absolute worst investment opportunities that I personally have ever seen.
