Believer, I, nor anyone else, was concerned with 1.0 to 1.4. The lawsuit originated (IMO) when TMMI found out that Dimension was granted a patent based on 2.0. However, during this lawuit and the depositions, exhibits it brought to light, there is that letter from the Iterated lawyers in '96 that stated what I posted earlier.

I hope TMMI has no problems with 1.0 to 1.4. However, it does boggle the mind to see the gyrations TMMI went through with the DFI debacle. To buy a company (IMO this is suspect by only paying two shareholders who didn't even own a majority of issued DFI shares), pay all back fees and fines, pay to have it changed from an S corp to a C corp, just to shelve their disputed only asset, 2.0,. Fuel to the fire is Cavanaugh's 11/11 report to the shareholders wherein he specifically mentions that 2.0's promise is what attracted him to TMMI and you have a conundrum.
